Role

This role is responsible for the execution of sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Key areas of focus will include business development strategy creation focused on financial gain, arranging business development meetings with prospective clients. Be a dynamic communicator who can effectively partner with clients to build trust and ensure the function meets the business objectives.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings/events and seminars with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Develop and present action plans with clear goals, targets, and measures of performance
  • Prepare cooperation offers and follow up sales contracting process
  • Keep records of sales, revenue and invoices
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

 

Required qualifications

  • +5 Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in telecom industry
  • Experience in dealing with Enterprise Customers from sectors like Telecom / Mobile APPs / Mobile Software / Messaging
  • Experience in customer support and relationship
  • Experience with creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process. Fearless and ruthless focus on execution.
  • Stay up to date with new products/services, and latest industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills (writing & verbal) in English.
  • Strong customer interaction & negotiation skills
  • Self-starter attitude and independently tackle with challenges
  • Detail and target oriented in stressful situations
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.

In close collaboration with the customers, you will assess how DialTel can be part of reaching their goals and visions and ultimately close new deals, that results in the highest ROI for both parties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Have expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new clients.
  • Devise a plan to drive sales by identifying potential clients that could benefit from our products and services.
  • Create concise proposals by understanding prospective clients’ overall business and processes/areas where our specific services can solve a problem or offer any improvements driving business and revenue through product enhancement.
  • Understand and analyze customer’s business needs, technical requirements and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value.
  • Work with our Product, Support, and Technical teams to assist clients with any on-boarding, integration, technical setup, and customization requests and ensure the highest level of service for our customers.
  • Own the entire commercial engagement, from proposal development, pricing strategy, and negotiation to closing
  • Build a regular and consistent contact with global customer base via email, Linkedin and other social channels, face to face meeting and industry events, conferences.
  • Report on your achievement, territory and industry insights
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

 

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Min 5-8 years of B2B direct sales experience
  • Ability to understand overall business processes, basic technical concepts, and communicate concisely and articulately.
  • Strong track record of meeting and beating quotas and sales targets.
  • Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Experience managing all aspects of the sales process and thoroughly documenting them in our CRM.

As a BDR you will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until summarizing the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients
  • Find out client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
