About the Role

As a Senior Sales Manager (Voice), your mission will be to generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s position in the Voice services industry. You will work directly with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, connect them with the company’s solutions, and conclude collaborations that maximize value for both sides.

Main responsibilities

  • Demonstrate direct selling competence and a track record of attracting new Voice clients.
  • Develop strategic plans to find and target potential clients who would benefit from company’s Voice products.
  • Develop attractive proposals by analyzing clients’ overall business processes and identifying areas where company’s Voice services can bring value.
  • Understand and evaluate your customers’ needs, technical requirements, and challenges. Recommend solutions that highlight company’s advantages while driving outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Support, and Technical teams to ensure that clients experience easy onboarding, integration, and service customization.
  • Manage the whole commercial process, from developing proposals and price strategy to negotiation and conclusion.
  • Maintain consistent communication with worldwide clients through email, LinkedIn, in-person meetings, and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to help influence product improvements and new offerings.
  • All sales actions must be documented in the CRM system, and performance reports should be provided on a regular basis.

 

Required qualifications

  • 5-8 years of B2B direct sales experience in Voice services.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Voice technologies and industry-specific dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and minimal need for supervision.

Role

Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate for the position of Junior Rates Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of managing our Vendors’ Rate Sheets and Pricelists to ensure they meet system requirements. You will also create and share rate information with our partners, allowing DialTel to maintain its competitive advantage in the telecommunications industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Rate Sheets for clients based on Vendor Data.
  • Adapt and Upload both Full and Partial Vendor Rate Sheets into the Billing System on a Daily Basis
  • Send and Receive Rate Notifications to/from Clients and Partners
  • Analyze Rate Sheets and Generate New Rate Notifications on a regular basis
  • Monitor and Notify Stakeholders of Upcoming Market Changes and Destination Features
  • Conduct Data Analysis Based on the received Rate Sheets

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Similar Position is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office suit (Excel and Outlook)
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and efficiency skills
  • Proven Written English communication skills
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Role

We Are Looking for a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer. 

As a NOC Engineer you will be responsible to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance, providing customer network services on both Equipment and Virtual Network, also providing support services for Engineering, Sales and Support Teams. You will also be responsible for coordinating installations and migrations and managing SLAs for IP telephony applications, also be required to troubleshoot LAN and WAN hardware systems and respond to customer inquiries.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Diagnose network errors
  • Send and receive Trouble Tickets to/from the clients
  • Analyze data based on the received Trouble Tickets
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
  • Monitor and test the quality of services
  • Make routings based on own examination and company sales team
  • Test the routes and analyzing the results
  • Manage multiple cases at the same time
  • Provide technical support to clients and the company sales team

 

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Technical Support Specialist, NOC or relevant role
  • Familiarity with VoIP, LAN, and WAN systems
  • Detail oriented and good problem-solving skills
  • Proven written communication skills in English
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
